The Open Access track explores how Free and Open Source technologies can make knowledge, culture and digital resources more accessible, reusable and independent. Talks will address Open Access to cultural heritage, Source Code and collective knowledge, as well as tools for translation, language preservation and inclusive digital communication.
From museums and minority languages to open knowledge platforms, gaming and trustworthy AI, the track highlights how openness can support broader participation, preserve cultural diversity and strengthen Digital Sovereignty.
