This track focuses on the role of Free Software in health and care systems. Talks will explore how FOSS enables ethical data management, interoperability and transparency in medical technologies. Special attention will be given to privacy and digital sovereignty – especially where reliance on proprietary infrastructure limits innovation and affordability.
