South Tyrol Open Data Portal

Building an OpenData infrastructure does not just mean providing machines, software, and databases. Rather, it means that people must shape this cultural change. A common understanding between administrations and companies must be achieved, and a system of information exchange must be built together.
This system must be acceptable to all and reduce the hurdles that exist today.
As a proposal for this system, web services with real-time data are presented, which are offered by the South Tyrolean OpenData portal.
