Areas of activity: civil and commercial law, intellectual property law, industrial and competition law.

Professional experience and training: Graduated from the University of Padua, she completed a Master degree in European and international intellectual property law at CEIPI in Strasbourg She started her professional career in an international law firm and today is a member of the Litigation, Legal Tech and Art Law team in Rödl & Partner.

She advises companies in order to identify the best strategy for the development of their immaterial assets trademarks, patents, designs, copyright and trade secrets She gained specific experience in the field of litigation and preliminary measures, including cross border litigation relating to intellectual property rights and unfair competition She also assists companies in the drafting of contracts for the licensing and transfer of those assets.

She is a lecturer in industrial and competition law at the University of Padua and, since 2015 has held seminars on intellectual property law as part of the International Business Law Masters’ Degree Course at the University of Padua.
