Karl Lunger is a teacher of IT at the TFO Max Valier in Bolzano Bozen Bulsan. Free Software came into his life and work many years ago when Karl still had dark hair. With free software it was possible to teach the content required by ministerial programmes: programming, operating systems, networks, … It was also possible to create web services such as eLearning with Moodle and more.
With friends Karl had fun growing the LUGBZ, especially during the first years of the association. We organised events such as Installation Parties or Workshops, maintained a website and ate many good things in the chinese restaurant or pizzeria.
