She got her High Degree in Mathematics and her Master Degree in “Governance and Audit of ICT Systems” at the University La Sapienza of Rome and her Master Degree in “Behavioural Science” at LUISS University of Rome.
She worked for the telecommunication companies for 4 years and she has been working for public administrations for 16 years, before for the National Institute of Statistics and currently for the City Department of Digital Innovation at Roma Capitale. She is in charge for the Free and Libre Open Source Software (FLOSS) change management and for designing data centric public policy. She is member of the European Working Group Urban Agenda – Digital Transition Partnership. She teaches at Link Campus University in Rome.
