User friendly Open Source?

In the past, Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) has been known for being very technical. Only experts with a computer engineering background had enough experience to use it. Furthermore, some proprietary software had more budget and more manpower to introduce new technologies in a shorter time period. In my talk I will show you the way of SASAbus – how we want to improve the end-users life with new and innovative technology and what you can do in your FOSS to support people with special needs.
