droneONtrap project – Integration of smart traps and UAV multispectral surveys for pest disease and health status monitoring in orchards


The goal of droneONtrap project is to use Precision Farming (PF) techniques in order to create a demonstration system for real-time and remote monitoring of crop diseases using the combination of 1) traps installed on fields for real time acquisition and remote control of the status of the crop and 2) sporadic multispectral aerial surveys using UAV for a complete analysis of the crop. The presentation deals with the developed technologies and the results of droneONtrap project.
