Creating an independent BLE beacon

A ESP32-based solution for creating a beacon using a Bluetooth Low Energy communication. The idea is to develop a data transmitter for local communications with very low power consumptions and with as less as possible limitations regarding other connections (no internet required for managing the device) or a proprietary dashboards for visualization
