Currently leading a team of motivated talents to enable “Model to Fabrication” at PROGRESS GROUP in wonderful Brixen / South Tyrol.

Product management, sales and sole overall sales management until 2018, acquisition of all marketing agendas up to the installment of a marketing department in 2015.
Under the leadership of Mr. Maresch the company recorded considerable growth in size and sales and established itself as the worldwide market leader in 2018.

Sole responsibility for sales in the GSA region (Germany, Switzerland, Austria), opening up markets abroad for the first time (e.g. Norway, UAE)
Sales including the presentation of software solutions to customers, at trade fairs, congresses and various events.
Co-founder of the Engineering Days and organization of roadshows.

Development and product management in the area of wall elements
Project management and development for customer-specific solutions
Of particular note are the conceptual design of ELEMENTPLAN, which is still an essential feature of PLANBAR / NEMETSCHEK ALLPLAN and the world’s leading double-wall design software.
