Sofiia Martynenko is a dual degree student in English and German Law at King's College London. As part of her integrated degree programme, she has recently completed an LL.M. in European and Comparative Law at Humboldt University of Berlin. Her academic research interests focus on intellectual property law, technology regulation, digital commons, and the legal challenges arising from innovation and emerging technologies.
