My name is Sofia. I have a bachelor’s degree in sociology.
I have been researching D&I for more than five years, worked in various social projects in Moscow, as a content manager on Instagram and a journalist:
⁃ conducted interviews with top managers of large companies on the topic of supporting women in the workplace. For example, Boiron, L’Oréal, Cartier, Philip Morris International.
⁃ helped in organising one of the largest forums about women, Woman Who Matters
⁃ helped organise a children’s lecture on the topics of inclusivity, tolerance and equality for children at Kidzania as part of the first diversity and inclusion association in Russia.
