Paola Penna

Paola Penna works at Fraunhofer Italia on digitalization for energy efficiency. She also coordinates the team “Digital Construction Site” in the Department of Process Engineering in Construction. Paola received a double MA in Architecture in Politecnico di Milano and Politecnico di Torino and her PhD in Sustainable Energy and Technology at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. In the recent years she worked as an energy consultant freelancer for energy refurbishment projects. She also collaborated as a researcher with the Free University of Bolzano, the Department of Architectural Engineering of the University of Colorado, Boulder (CO) and the Department of Building physics and building ecology of the Technical University of Vienna.
