Henning Brink is also working as a scientific assistant at the Osnabrück University and is currently seeking his PhD. He is, like Mr. Paul, a co-founder of the Digital Transformation Center of Excellence. Henning Brink’s research focuses on all the things that can go wrong in terms of digital transition in companies: The barriers to digital transformation. With his recent research, he is contributing to enable companies to identify, measure and overcome barriers. He regularly shares his research findings at conferences, speeches, and in collaboration projects with practitioners. Furthermore, Mr. Brink imparts knowledge on digital transformation and business process management to students in his lectures. Throughout his bachelor and master studies in business administration, Mr. Brink gained practical experience in the automotive and financial sector.
