Gianluca Venere is SECO’s Chief Innovation Officer.
With an Executive MBA and over 15 years of proven experience leading multinational teams in the context
of innovation, he developed a deep knowledge of the market and technology trends, is capable of anticipating market changes, innovation trends and manage new growth opportunities. He’s accustomed to collaborating
with cross-functional teams of the entire ecosystem composed by partners, startups, research centers, internal R&D, customers, suppliers to achieve the corporate goals.
Working with SECO since 2006, he moved from a technical to a managerial role, acquiring the necessary skills to improve product/service performance, evaluate market coverage, manage demand generation and
institutional relationships with all stakeholders.
