Fynn Hendrik Paul is a scientific assistant and PhD candidate at the University Osnabrück. He researches on the holistic and socio technical nature of digital business transformation processes. To transfer the research work into practice, he and colleagues founded the Digital Transformation Center of Excellence at their university department. In this way, scientific work at the university is to be given greater visibility and practitioners are also to be able to benefit from the application oriented research results. On the side, he is actively involved in a co-founded company that develops digital technologies for the energy and mobility sector. Initially, Fynn Hendrik Paul is an apprenticed industrial management assistant with subsequent bachelor study in industrial engineering, master study in technology management as well as professional stations in the field of strategic marketing.
