Filip Agatić

Filip Agatić is a Project Manager at the European Digital SME Alliance in Brussels and the operational lead of the Tech Sovereignty Catalogue. He follows EU AI and digital policy, represents SMEs in CEN/CENELEC JTC21 on AI standardisation, and represents DIGITAL SME in European projects such as EUSAiR and AISHA on AI adoption and regulatory sandboxes. He holds a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience from SISSA and previously worked as a senior researcher on AI for early diagnosis and screening using EEG. He bridges technical communities, policymakers and small businesses, helping translate complex regulation into practical tools.
