Cristiana collaborates with the Intellectual Property practice, providing judicial and extrajudicial assistance to individuals and companies in the strategic management and protection of intangible assets, including trademarks, patents, designs, copyright, and trade secrets. Her activity also includes support in the drafting and negotiation of licensing agreements and intellectual property rights transfer contracts, as well as in legal advisory related to digital transformation processes.
She works with the Litigation team in civil and commercial law, assisting with disputes before national courts and in arbitration proceedings.
