Christian Notdurfter is an Italian lawyer specialising in international commercial contract law as well as in intellectual property and data protection law.

His professional practice builds on experiences at the European Parliament in Brussels and Strasbourg, at the headquarters legal department of a global leading aerospace and defence company in Paris as well as at law firms in Heidelberg, Bolzano and Milan. In addition, he lectured legal methodology at the University of Innsbruck.

Mr Notdurfter studied Italian, European and international law in Innsbruck and Padua and at the University of Wales, Cardiff Law School. He attended several specialisation courses and masters, for example in international commercial and data protection law at the IlSole24Ore Business School in Milan and the Institute for Information Law of Amsterdam University.

He is a member of various international associations and regularly speaks at conferences and training events. He is the author of several publications, including in the internationally renowned legal journal Contratto e Impresa / Europa.

He speaks German, Italian, English and French.
